For two decades, TESSADA has successfully helped government clients manage programs efficiently while also performing value-added, specialized services.

TESSADA begins by helping customers define performance and technical requirements and each program's integrated baseline. We develop lifecycle and annual budgets, have them approved, and defend them successfully throughout a program's life. During the acquisition phase our technical support team is fully integrated with the program office staff to develop performance and technical specifications for major acquisitions, develop performance-based SOWs, and prepare complete competitive solicitations. We also participate as technical advisors/experts to source selection and evaluation boards. Throughout a program's development and operations phases, our integrated program teams provide program budgeting, baselining, earned value management (EVM), test and evaluation oversight, and continuing direct contract administration support.
