Today’s business climate demands that companies collaborate with other firms to effectively meet their customers’ dynamic needs. Tessada has created our Business Empowerment & Strategic Teaming (BEST) program (a private mentor-protégé program) to meet these needs.

As a successful graduate of the SBA’s 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business program, Tessada is uniquely qualified to guide small businesses doing business in the federal marketplace. The BEST program promotes the profitable growth, self-determination, and economic wellbeing of Tribal, 8(a), SDVOB, Woman-owned, HUBZone, and other small businesses that Tessada has partnered with in strategic teaming relationships.

Through the BEST program, Tessada provides a variety of services including informal mentoring, business development, contract/project management, operations, and general business support. Tessada and our BEST program participants can serve as prime or subcontractors to meet various small business requirements and/or agency needs. The program offers valuable benefits by enhancing capabilities and fostering long-term business relationships.
